Debbie was a natural. While she did her research on my interests in a new home she also had the intuition in her home search to find prospective homes that expanded on my interests without taking away from my fundamental needs. For the price point I was shooting for Debbie found multiple homes across the Tri City area that fit the bill. In those selections she was also very knowledgable on the neighborhoods, schools, resale history, and crime. Debbie was extremely patient with me in the search as we looked at more than a dozen homes and was never pushy in driving me to make a decision I wasn't ready to make. She was available when I needed her and was very flexible in her schedule.
